Najma stands as a pioneer in the field of Occupational Therapy, spanning over 26 years and contributing significantly to various institutions. Notably, she established Occupational Therapy services at a notable University Hospital. She is certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and she also undertook training in the award-winning "Learning Without Tears" program from the USA, further bolstering her skills, particularly in handwriting. She has a particular interest in addressing handwriting challenges, toilet training and sleep management.
